First of all I would like to mention that this book is not for people under 15 years of age, so if you are below that age I would seriously not recommend this book. It contains many inappropriate content which should not enter a growing child's brain.
But I love this book and mostly all of Lee Child's books are worth recognition. The story is about a lone man, Jack Reacher, who is on the level of vanishing from the earth. He is not traceable and does not have a driving license or a proper address. But a woman called M E Froelich badly needs his help ,but has no acquaintance with him, only a recommendation fom her loved one. And her job, you ask? Protecting the Vice President of the United States. And her problem? Someone wants the VP dead.....
Anyone who read this book for the first time will be in love with Jack Reacher. He is one of the most humane character in any ficion books. He is ultimately cool , tough and moral. He is an ex-military officer with many honours in his wake. This makes it understanable why he can fight off three thugs on his own in three seconds with just his hand! And Lee Child's creation is filled with cliffhangers and suspense and leaves you turning each page of the book from start to end. Also the story could take place in the real world and this makes everything much more interesting. A sudden security audit goes to dreadful threats. What a BlockBookster!
